Within the framework of Fostering Productive Innovation Project
“Commerce Office of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management “M. Utemissov West Kazakhstan State University” announces a tender for services on English training to scientists and staff of TCO/TTOs.
Within the framework of Fostering Productive Innovation Project under the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development dated June 9th 2015 №8463-KZ ratified on February 2nd 2016 announces a tender for English training services for scientists and staff of TCO/TTOs.
Expected period of services is 18 months from the date of signing the contract and covers 4 levels on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages from elementary level to proficiency with mandatory training and taking minimum IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL IBT 72.
