The Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – SC MoES RK) announces a tender for the selection of individual consultants for the design of the Grant Program within the Component 2 "Innovation Consortia" of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project (hereinafter - the Project). Experts with experience in creating and developing of governmental or independent analytical centers (Innovation Observatory) related to the coordination of the Scientific Innovation System are invited to take part in the tender. Applications should be submitted in accordance to the «Consutant's profile» form.
