The Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – SC MoES RK) announces a tender for the selection of individual consultants to design the developing program on capacity building TTO within the Component 3 "Consolidation of the Technology Commercialization Cycle" of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project (hereinafter - the Project).

Experts with experience in technology commercialization, business and start-up development, marketing, product development, intellectual property management and managing technology commercialization offices of a university are invited to take part in the tender. Applications should be submitted in accordance to the «Consutant's profile» form.
