The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospac Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project extends the application deadline for selection of the management company of the Early Stage Venture Capital Fund until 6 p.m., September 3, 2021.
The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the framework of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project, is announcing a call for proposals for the fund managers of the Early Stage Venture Capital Fund.
The objective of this assignment:
- establishment of the Early Stage Venture Capital Fund
- attracting private investors to the Early Stage Venture Capital Fund
- investing in innovation companies with Kazakh ownership at pre-seed and seed stages
- obtaining a high return on invested capital for the Fund's investors

The application period begins at 9:00 a.m. on July 30, 2021 and ends at 6:00 p.m. Nur-Sultan time* on August 30, 2021.
Applicants must carefully read and comply with all the requirements of the Tender Documentation for participation in the Open Tender for selecting a Fund Manager for the Early Stage Venture Capital Fund (Appendix 1) and the Terms of Reference thereto (Appendix 2).
Applications that do not comply with the rules for participation will be rejected and will not be accepted for consideration.
