The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the Fostering Productive Innovation Project, is planning a call for proposals under the Inclusive Innovation Consortia Grant Program.

The grant program is aimed at linking science and business to create and implement innovative solutions (products, services and technologies) with strong social value as well as sustainable commercial potential and aimed to achieve the sustainable development goals.

Requirements for applicants:

A Consortium consists of one or more commercial organizations or non-profit organizations (with the right of entrepreneurial activity), the main activity of which corresponds to the goals and objectives of the implemented project, and one (1) or more scientific organizations. Research organizations and enterprises should not be affiliated with each other.  

Grant amount:

The maximum grant amount is 150 million tenge, implementation period is up to 12 months.

Co-financing should be a minimum of 10% of the grant amount.

Expected results:

Upon completion of the grant program, the consortia that received funding must attain commercialization of at least 10% of the grant received and achieve a specific, measurable, substantial social effect.
